Imitation is an action that, to be considered as such, requires the participation of two people. Therefore, in this unit, we will always focus on two-player activities and use single-player activities as preparation for those carried out jointly.

In these games, players must continuously exchange the roles of model and imitator. Most of the activities are designed to work on the visual-motor aspects of imitation, but there are also some activities to work on cognitive aspects related to rhythm or to embodying different characters, such as a wooden puppet, a bear, or a clown.

Therefore, we continue the learning covered in previous units (such as "The Body" or "Postures") by fully addressing imitation as a form of bodily and symbolic interaction between two people.
